Employee Relations – Understanding how organizations monitor and address employee morale and balance the organization’s operational needs with the employee’s needs.

Health, Safety, and Security – Understanding the laws, regulations, and policies that promote a safe work environment and risk mitigation procedures to protect against workplace hazards.

Training and Development– HR establishes classes and other training strategies to help employees upgrade their skills and knowledge, increasing productivity.

Students also have the option to sit for the HR Certification Institute (HRCI)®, aPHR certification* exam at their own expense.
