WVJC Heads to the State Capitol

West Virginia Junior College Medical Assisting Director Chelsea Abbott and her medical assisting students were invited to the West Virginia State Capitol to support Go Red Day for the American Heart Association. Our students were excited to showcase their skills learned in lab class out in the field. From taking blood pressure to answering questions, the students were an impactful part of the exciting day at the State Capitol. WVJC provides accelerated program options in the medical field, including nursing, medical assisting, and more, taught in a small hands-on environment.
