CHARLESTON, WV – West Virginia Junior College Charleston Business Management graduate, Stephanie Schaible, decided to attend WVJC Charleston for a few reasons. “The school was close to home and they got in touch with me very quickly. They were also very helpful throughout my time there.” While in school, Stephanie really enjoyed working with the staff and students. “Everyone feels like a family and are very friendly.”
Stephanie chose the business field for one simple reason. “With a business degree, your options are endless!” Since receiving her degree, Stephanie has taken a job as the assistant store manager at Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt in Cross Lanes, WV. In her spare time, she is working on planning her wedding which will take place in September.
Stephanie had a great support system when she was at WVJC but there are a few people she would like to specifically thank. “I want to thank Mrs. Jennie Peal for helping me though a rough time and Kayla Donathan for all the hard work she put in helping me find a job. Both of them gave me the confidence to get the job I deserve. I would also like to thank my fiancé Dustin for helping me with homework and driving me back and forth when my car broke down. Without him, I might have given up.”
If Stephanie had to offer advice to new students, she would tell them not to give up. School can be tough, but with the right motivation you WILL succeed.
