Nancy is from Grafton, WV where she lives with her husband and two sons. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Fairmont State University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is currently working towards a Master’s of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner.
She began her nursing education career at Fairmont State University as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor and Simulation Lab Assistant. Related educational responsibilities included instruction in the skills lab and participation in mock disaster drills. She has also served as a preceptor for Graduate Nurses in the Emergency Deaprtment.
Nancy’s nursing experience includes telemetry and emergency medicine. Her range of nursing skills allows her to care for patients with minor illnesses and those who are critically ill. She has various certifications which include ACLS, TNCC, ABLS, and PALS.
She uses her skills and experience to fulfill her passion as a medical missionary and travels to Haiti to provide care to those who are less fortunate.
