The WVJC Medical Assisting Program is designed to prepare
students for entry-level positions in various medical
settings. Students are trained to assist physicians
and other health-care professionals in the examination and
treatment of patients in doctors' offices and hospitals.
They are also prepared for medical office administration
careers.
