Mrs. St.Clair holds a Masters Degree in Administration in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Technology Degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. Additionally, she has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Office Technology from Cleveland Community College in Shelby, NC. Mrs. St.Clair is retired from full-time employment with the State of North Carolina Department of Community Colleges. She retired from her last position as Associate Dean of the Business and Information Technology Division from Gaston College in Dallas, North Carolina. She previously held the positions as Department Chair and full-time faculty member of Office Systems Technology Department at Gaston College. Prior to her employment with Gaston College, she held positions as Director of Cooperative Education and full-time faculty member at Central Piedmont Community College and Cleveland Community College in North Carolina, respectively.
After retirement, she and her husband moved to Morgantown, WV, in 2006 and began part-time employment with WVJC-Morgantown in the fall of 2007. She is IC3 and MOS Word certified. In her free time, Mrs. St.Clair enjoys camping and fishing with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
